This is the most spacious and luxurious of all our apartments with fantastic sea view across St.Austell Bay. The master bedroom has a tempura topped Myers sprung bed to ensure a great nights sleep. It has its own lounge area with 2 leather recliners, a telescope, trouser press, and music centre. The ensuite offers a shower, w/c and sink. There are twin beds in the second bedroom with a portable T.V./DVD player, fan, and hair dryer. The double bed settee in the lounge is very comfortable. The large French doors in the lounge and master bedroom open to allow in fresh sea air. A seperate family bathroom has a bath, shower, sink and w/c. The level access to this apartment is from the car park at the rear of building. The property is in a secure gated community with pleasant communial gardens, and personal parking space. All top quality bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided within this package. Fresh flowers, milk of your choice and a drinks starter pack are included. Any other special requirements e.g... Champaign, chocolates, etc... can be provided at cost.
